We offer both ready-to-ship tack and accessories, as well as custom-built saddles constructed to your specifications by our manufacturing partner.
When you place an order for a custom saddle, you are responsible for accurately selecting your seat size, tree size, color, tooling, and any other customization options. Because these saddles are built specifically to your order, we are unable to modify or cancel a custom order once production has begun. Please review your selections carefully before checkout.
We make every effort to display our products, including colors, leather grain, and finishes, as accurately as possible. However, because many of our products are handcrafted and made from natural materials like leather, slight variations between the product you receive and the images shown on our website are normal and expected, and do not constitute a defect.
All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been submitted, and will notify you before processing your payment if such a correction is needed.

Our saddle trees carry a limited warranty of four years for fiberglass trees and two years for wood trees from the original date of purchase, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modification. To make a warranty claim, please contact us directly with your order information and a description of the issue.
