The Dead Broke™️ Black Mesa Sport & Trail Saddle is built for both long-distance riding comfort and bold Western style. The cantle and riding position is a little more relaxed than our Barrel Racing Saddle, but it is still built to bend poles or chase cans while comfortable enough to take on a trail ride.
The saddle features a rich two-tone leather design, combining light roughout leather with deep black tooled accents that highlight bold floral patterns. The suede seat in a deep chocolate tone offers extra grip and softness for extended hours in the saddle. Silver conchos and engraved hardware add a polished touch of Western elegance. The curved horn is wrapped in rawhide, adding durability and a nod to traditional craftsmanship. Cutouts around the fenders and skirt lighten the saddle slightly without sacrificing structure, and the double rigging offers a secure fit.
All of our saddles feature Rawhide Covered, Solid Wood Tree, coated with our proprietary TreeArmor©️epoxy resin for durability. 100% Quality Full Grain Leather. Your choice of FQHB or SQHB, Gullet Width & Seat Size.
